Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> Mr. Judd Ringer was present to discuss his request CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> for a proposed subdivision and conditional use permit 2280 Wayzata Boulevard <br /> application for Parkview Treatment Center at 2280 #595 <br /> Wayzata Boulevard. Judd Ringer <br /> Lois Mathewson, 900 Willow Drive North and George <br /> Johnson, 879 Brown Road North, were both concerned <br /> about the heavy traffic at Willow Drive and Highway <br /> #12 . <br /> Discussion included the number of beds requi,red, <br /> safety, how many personnel, traffic, what other <br /> purpose could the building be used for if Parkview <br /> moved out, security, and the use of the lake in that <br /> area. <br /> Paurus moved, Hannah seconded, that this is an appropriate <br /> activity as covered by the Orono counditional use permit <br /> for the Parkview Treatment Center. <br /> Mayor Van Nest amended the motion to stipulate that " <br /> the Planning Commission address themselves to a limited <br /> size for the structure, age of patients, number of <br /> patients; to address the traffic issue and security; <br /> guarantee a buffer area between this operation and the <br /> residential area; the possibility of an open space <br /> easement for at least part of that area, especially <br /> adjacent to the lake; and to the usage of the lake. <br /> Seconded by Hannah.
