Motion, Ayes (5) - <br /> Nays (0 ) . <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved to order in the sewer improvement <br /> and proceed with the sewer construction for the Minnetonka <br /> Bluffs area based upon the present assessment of $14 , 555 <br /> per unit being reduced to $7, 333 per unit, if by the <br /> Council meeting of November 10 , 1980 documents are <br /> submitted showing easement and appeals have been resolved <br /> without added cost to the City. The contract award <br /> shall be awarded to Latour Construction Company as the . <br /> low and responsible bidder authorizing the Mayor and <br /> Administrator to sign contracts.
