REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, AUGUST 11, 1980 Page 26 James and Mary Rivers were present to discuss their WINDWARD MARINE proposed resolution commenting on their desires to 1444 Shoreline Drive have a sewer service lead to their Smith Bay property. Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #1185 #1185, A Resolution Determining That Property Occupied 1444 Shoreline Drive By Windward Marine At 1444 Shoreline Drive Shall Be Assessed Two Sewer Units As Part Of Sewer Project 80-1, as amended. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #1186 #1186 , A Resolution Determining That Property Occupied 1449 Shoreline Drive By Minnetonka Boat Works At 1449 Shoreline Drive Shall Be Assessed Three Sewer Uni�s As Part Of Sewer Project 80-1. Letter - Pages 27 & 28 Mayor Van Nest presented the City Council with a LEAGUE OF MINNESOTA letter from Donald A. Slater, Executive birector, CITIES - Building League of Minnesota Cities, concerning a proposed Project building project for the League, dated August 4 , 1980 . The item concerning the appointment for a Vice VICE CHAIRMAN Chairman for the Planning Commission was tabled PLANNING COMMISSION until the next Council meeting. The item concerning an appointment to the Park PARK COMMISSION Commission was tabled until the next Council Appointment meeting.
