Quincey stated that the City� to date, has spent <br /> approximately $26 , 000 on the pro�ect and it would <br /> appear reasonable to proceed to the assessment hearing <br /> with the plan to rebid the project in three parts in an <br /> attempt to receive better unit prices. <br /> Mayor Van Nest: The City Council has not had time <br /> to review in detail all of the material to make a <br /> decision on this matter.
