The applicant has been informed of the problem. At this meeting, Council will be acting on a preliminary plat approval. Commission members did not wish to connect the parking violations of the Ward property with the subdivision application. I would still recommend that Council direct staff to work out a safer off- street parking use with the applicant. Planning Commission Meeting "- July 21, 1980 Planning Commission recommended approval of the lot line realignment subdivision of Stephen Ward based on the following findings: 1. Correct existing setback problems for the principal and accessory structure 2 . Division will not create setback variances for Major ' s property 3 . Applicant may now maintain his property and structures withoutencroaching on neighbor ' s property based on the following conditions : 1. That the smaller parcel, legally described on the Certificate of Survey, be combined with the Ward property 2. Adams added that Council should be aware of parking use at the Ward property.
