(Copy in City office file) <br /> It is noted in the cover letter , that the funds show <br /> a short fall of $33 , 507, also shown on Exhibit 3 of <br /> the printout. <br /> It is recommended that we levy $4 , 000 per year on <br /> the General Taxes to offset the short fall, for seven <br /> years the life of the bond� We will be doing a <br /> cash flow on the other bond issues before the City <br /> Budget for 1981 is finalized and with the Debt Service <br /> Credits, we may be able to offset part of the short fall . <br /> Council Meeting - June 30 , 1980 <br /> Hurr moved, Paurus seconded, to approve the above <br /> memo concerning the Navarre Water Improvement Cash <br /> Flow. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> John Gerhardson, Public Works Coordinator , prepared ORONO ORCHARD ROAD* <br /> a memo concerning weight restrictions on Orono Weight Restriction <br /> Orchard Road, dated June 19 , 1980 , which states: <br /> On June 18 , 1980 , Johnson Brothers Construction <br /> Company completed the bituminous overlay on Orono <br /> Orchard Road. They are requesting that the road <br /> be restricted for axle weight for approximately <br /> one week. <br /> Therefore, the Public Works Department will post <br /> the road five ton axle weight effective June 19 , <br /> 1980 . <br /> Council Meeting - June 30 , 1980 <br /> Hurr moved, Paurus seconded, to approve the five <br /> ton axle weight restriction on Orono Orchard Road <br /> for approximately one week, effective June 19 , 1980 . <br /> Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br />
