Ferndale Rd, <br /> 795 North Ferndale Road, dated June 25 , 1980 , which states : #551 <br /> John Brooks <br /> Zoning District - RR-1B <br /> Subdivision - Two lot plat <br /> Mr. Brooks proposes a plat of two lots . The total area <br /> equals 7-3/4 acres. The existing structures meet the <br /> setback of the district. Note the shoreline for each <br /> lot meets the 200 ' requirement. The On-Site Systems <br /> Manager recommends approval of proposed plat based on <br /> satisfactory septic test results. <br /> Planning Commission approved the following staff recom- ' <br /> mendations : <br /> 1. Flowage and Conservation Easement taken over the <br /> designated wetlands. <br /> 2 . Lot 2 to grant a private driveway and utility <br /> easement to Lot l . <br /> 3 . Septic installation shall conform to the On-Site <br /> Septic Systems Manager ' s report and septic design <br /> to conform with consultant ' s recommendation. <br /> 4 .
