Leaving existing rental units <br /> diminishes property values. When was the water <br /> and sewer installed? <br /> Mr. Pearson: Water - 1972 ; sewer - 1965 <br /> Mayor Van Nest: We want to see that the property <br /> totally conforms to the existing codes. If the <br /> City does enter into an agreement, some variances <br /> might be granted, but we will not allow multi- <br /> housing to remain on one lot. <br /> Mr. Pea�son: All structures are conforming. The <br /> use of land might be non-conforming. We are here <br /> now offering to improve the structures. <br /> Mayor Van Nest: Mr . Pearson, the structures are <br /> now non-conforming.
