Letter - Pages 14 & 15 The following letter concerning right of entry RIGHT OF ENTRY agreement for Timothy Sweezo, 4480 Watertown AGREEMENT Road, was presented to the City Council by Timothy Sweezo Bruce Malkerson, City Attorney, dated May 22, 1980 . Letter - Pages 16-19 Council Meeting - June 2 , 1980 Mayor Van Nest moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the payment of $8 ,000 to Timothy Sweezo, 4480 Watertown Road, regarding his right of entry agreement. Tom Kuehn, Finance Director, and Glenn Cook, City SEWER & WATER RATES Engineer, presented the memo prepared by Tom Kuehn to the City Council regarding proposed sewer and water utility rates dated May 30 , 1980 . Sewer & Water Rates - Pages 20-22 Council Meeting - June 2 , 1980 Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to defer until the Council meeting of June 30 , 1980 to allow staff to develop data comparing the present and proposed fOrmula for sewer and water rates with current and projected income. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Mayor Van Nest moved, Paurus seconded, to request staff to review and submit a report to the City Council on the condition of the Navarre Water Retire- ment Debt Fund.
