REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, JUNE 2 , 1980 Page 11 Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the record WINDWARD MARINE the following concerning the Windward Marine 1980 1980 License marina license dated May 27 , 1980 , which states: Staff has drafted the enclosed resolution approving a 1980 marina license for Windward Marine per Council ' s directive at their meeting on April 28 , 1980 . Council - agreed to approve the license application based on the same application level as in 1979 season for the interim period pending resolution of the rezoning agreement. Council Meeting - June 2, 1980 Mr. & Mrs. James Rivers were present to discuss their 1980 marina license and commented that they are in agreement with Council action concerning their marina operation. Mayor Van Nest moved, Hurr seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION #1152 Resolution #1152, A Resolution Directing Staff To Windward Marine Issue A Commercial Dock License To Windward Marine 1980 License Subject To Conditions Noted Herein For The Period Of January l, 1980 To December 31, 1980 . Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Alan Olson, City Administrator, entered into the EXTENSION DATE record the request to extend the expiration date Walter ' s Port of the Walter ' s Port Association ' s seawall , by October 15, 1980 William Reese, dated May 28 , 1980 , which states: Mr. Reese has requested a year extension of the Walter ' s Port Association ' s seawall permit - new expiration date will be June 15, 1981 . The phase of the work referenced in Mr. Reese ' s letter of May 12, 1980 deals with the west wall and the wall sections on the Reese and Nelson properties. Staff recommend approval of extending the expiration date for seawall permit #245 to June ,l5, 1981. Council Meeting - June 2, 1980 Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to approve the extension date to October 15, 1980 , for William Reese at Walter ' s Port. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
