REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, MAY 12 , 1980 Page 21 Dick Benson, City Administrator, entered into the WAYZATA RESOLUTION* record the City of Wayzata Vo-Tech 287 Resolution Vo-Tech 287 dated May 8 , 1980 , which states: I met with Wayzata Bill Humphrey to discuss Orono ' s position on the Vo-Tech West Campus and requested Wayzata to support Orono ' s position on the matter. Attached is a resolution adopted by Wayzata which should be supported by a motion Monday evening. Wayzata Resolution NO. 1986 - Page 22 Council Meeting - May 12 , 1980 Hurr moved, Butler seconded, to approve the City of Wayzata Resolution No. 1986 , Resolution Concerning Joint Independent School District No. 287 Six Year Building Plan-West Campus, adopted by the City Council of the City of Wayzata on April 29 , 1980 . Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Mayor Van Nest announced that the Board of Review BOARD OF REVIEW* will meet on Tuesday, May 27 , 1980 at 7 : 30 P.M. Meeting Date Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the CRYSTAL BAY LAKE ACCES City Council with a memo prepared by John Gerhardson, Public Works Coordinator, dated May 8 , 1980 , which states: Recently I was advised that the lake access to Crystal Bay directly across from Baldur Park Road is being used for launching boats . Police Chief Mel Kilbo and I have reviewed and inspected the area and have found that vehicles are pulling into Baldur Park Road and backing across North Shore Drive to get to the access. This procedure is creating a safety hazard and it is recommended to restrict the use of the access to winter use as was done at the Smith Bay access on Shoreline Drive adjacent to Paul ' s Landing. I have drafted a resolution for your review and approval .
