Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Hurr moved, Butler seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #1146 #1146 , A Resolution Approving The Joint Powers I.S. I . S. Agreement for Inter-Agency Special Investigation Squad. Motion, Ayes (4) - Na�s (0) . Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the NO PARKING SIGNS* City Council with a memo prepared by Chief of County Road 15 Police Kilbo, dated April 29, 1980 , wh.ich states: I have requested from Hennepin County Highway Department Mr. Hansen to install "No Parking" signs on the north side of County Road 15 eastbound from Orono Orchard Road 500 feet to the east. This is a right turn lane area that will also be properly marked as a turn lane . I further requested "No Parking" signs on the south side of County Road 15 running east from Orono Lane 200 feet to the east. This is needed f�r sight distance for vehicular traffic coming onto County Road 15 from Orono Lane. • Mr. Hansen stated on April 29, 1980 that he will install the signs immediately pending Orono Council action. I,therefore,request Council action at the �ay 12 , 1980 meeting.
