This <br /> should mean about $1, 020 of additional aid to <br /> the City of Orono. <br /> Council P�eeting - April 14 , 1980 <br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the <br /> supplemental Grant for the Shade Tree Program ' <br /> Year 1978. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the REFUND CHECK <br /> City Council with a memo prepared by Tom Kuehn, 73-1 <br /> Finance Director, dated April 10 , 1980 , which George Johnson <br /> states: <br /> The attached letter from Attorney George Johnson <br /> requests that Council authorize stop payment on a <br /> check issued as a refund to an appellant in the <br /> 73-1 sewer project. Also attached is a letter <br /> from Attorney Ralph Peterson regarding the <br /> particulars of the situation.
