+ � REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, APRIL 14 , 1980 Page 62 Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the date CABLE TV MEETING* of April 17 , 1980 at 7 : 30 P.M. for the Cable TV meeting. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the ARCOLA BRIDGE following memo to the City Council concerning the Arcola Bridge dated April 10 , 1980, which states: The Hennepin County Board of Commissioners approved plans and specifications for the Arcola Bridge improvement specifying the bridge surface not to exceed 40 feet curb to curb. Bud Robb is doubtful that the State will approve this condition. If it is not approved, plans and specifications will be withdrawn. Council Meeting - April 14 , 1980 Dick Benson also commented that: I was informed today by Mr. Herbert Klossner, Director of Trans- portation, that the State of Minnesota has approved the 40 foot wide curb to curb bridge deck and Hennepin County will award bids for the project in May. Work should commence by June. The project will last two construction seasons and will remain open for through traffic. Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the L.O.G. I.S. * City Council with a memo prepared by Tom Kuehn, Finance Director, dated April 10 , 1980 , which states: L.O.G. I.S. has a contract with OSI for the implementation of programs on a new computer. , This contract requires that all members using the system execute a security agreement with 05I assuring them that the proprietary nature of the product will be protected ,by the users. Attached is a resolution for Council adoption. Council Meeting - April 14 , 1980 Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #1138* #1138 , A Resolution Authorizing Execution of A L.O.G.I.S. Security Agreement Between L.O.G.I.S. And Optimum Systems, Inc. (OSI) . Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
