He MARINA COMI�4ITTEE was advised that we still have not received the MEETING* site plan for 1980 requested with current application. (Continued) Mr. Kempf stated he would get one prepared imme�l�,ately. Committee tabled this application pending receipt of the 1980 plan. Council Meeting - April 14 , 1980 Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the above Marina Committee r4eeting report of April 9 , 1980. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the City TRAFFIC� COUNTS* Council with a memo from John Gerhardson, Public Ring Route Road Works Coordinator, concerning traffic counts on the ring route road, dated April 11, 1980 , which states: The following is the most recent twenty-four hour traffic counts on the Ring Route: March 31-April 1 1, 361 April 1 -April 2 1, 405 April 2 -Ap.ril 3 1, 482 April 3 -April 4 1, 308 April 7 -April 8 1,438 April 8 -April 9 1, 360 April 9 -April 10 1, 322 April 10-April 11 1, 363 Council r4eeting - April 14 , 1980 Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the above twenty-four hour traffi� counts on the Ring Route Road. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Steve Qunicey, City Engineer, presented the City DRAINAGE PROBLEM Council with a letter from Glenn Cook, regarding North Shore Drive storm drainage on North Shore Drive, dated April 14 , Charles Pihl Property 1980, which states: "�ae have reviewed the drainage concerns expressed at the public hearing on North Shore Drive. The attached plan and profile indicates that the rock rip rap placed at the pond outlet into Lake Minnetonka (Point 1) does restrict the flow slightly (0. 2 feet) . The water elevation upstream of the Pihl' s property is not affected appreciably by any work completed on the channel but by the elevation of Lake Minnetonka. (Continued)
