Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Steve Qunicey, City Engineer, presented the City DRAINAGE PROBLEM <br /> Council with a letter from Glenn Cook, regarding North Shore Drive <br /> storm drainage on North Shore Drive, dated April 14 , Charles Pihl Property <br /> 1980, which states: <br /> "�ae have reviewed the drainage concerns expressed <br /> at the public hearing on North Shore Drive. The <br /> attached plan and profile indicates that the rock <br /> rip rap placed at the pond outlet into Lake Minnetonka <br /> (Point 1) does restrict the flow slightly (0. 2 feet) . <br /> The water elevation upstream of the Pihl' s property <br /> is not affected appreciably by any work completed <br /> on the channel but by the elevation of Lake Minnetonka. <br /> (Continued) <br />
