County Road 15 - Council should require some <br /> easement or agreement to protect future options <br /> to improve safety for Bracketts Point Road, etc . <br /> 5 • Park Dedication Fees required for four new <br /> sites (six lots less two existing dwellings) <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to give <br /> preliminary approval to the subdivision request <br /> of Ministers Life Development Company for 1484 <br /> Shoreline Drive, subject to all Planning Commission <br /> recommendations except that each of the six residential <br /> lots will be permitted riparian access to Lake <br /> Minnetonka because total lakeshore width exceeds <br /> minimum requirement for six lots in the RR-lA zone. <br /> Lots 1 , 2 , & 3 are to have direct lakeshore access <br /> Lot 4 is to have access via Outlot B on Smiths Bay <br /> Lot 5 is to have access via Outlot A on Smiths Bay <br /> Lot 6 is to have access via riparian outlot on Tanager <br /> Lake . <br /> All riparian outlots are to be restricted by open <br /> space easement.
