Anderson & Assoc. $4 , 628. 00 <br /> Therefore , it is my recommendation to <br /> purchase the equipment from Earl F. Anderson <br /> and Associates in an amount not to exceed <br /> $4 , 628. 00. <br /> Because monies were allocated from the Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program for the development <br /> of Bederwood Park, the City of Orono will purchase <br /> the equipment and then be reimbursed from Hennepin <br /> County who is administering the Community Developmen t <br /> Block Grant Program. <br /> The Orono Park Commission approved �urchasing the <br /> playground equipment from Earl F. Anderson and <br /> Associates at there regular meeting March 4 , 1980. <br /> Council Meeting - March 10 , 1980 <br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the low <br /> bid of Earl F. Anderson and Associates in an <br /> amount not to exceed $4 , 628. 00 for playground <br /> equipment for Bederwood Park. Motion, Ayes (4) - <br /> Nays (0) . <br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the step STEP INCREASE* <br /> increase for Bruce Anderson, Police Officer, to Bruce Anderson <br /> $1, 626 . 25 per month, effective March 1, 1980 . <br /> Motion, Ayes (4) - rdays (0) . <br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, informed the CATALOGIST* <br /> City Council that we have been interviewing Terence J. Sutt<�n <br /> persons to coordinate a legal, library, cataloging, <br /> and complete all research rec�uired to satisfy our <br /> needs. <br /> Mr. Terry J. Sutton, a second year law student, <br /> has had this experience at the Federal Reserve <br /> Bank of Minneapolis, has been cleared by the <br /> F.B. I. , and does qualify to work with us on this <br /> mat�er. <br /> (Continued) <br />
