REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, FEBRUARY 25, 1980 Page 28 Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the City REFUND* Council with a memo prepared by Tom Kuehn, Finance Jack Crocker Director, a special assessment refund, dated 1700 Bohns Point Road February 14 , 1980 , which states: Jack Crocker, 1700 Bohns Point Road, paid the assessments on a parcel of land that he owns jointly with several other parties. He paid the assessments through Title Insurance Company, his escrow agent. The parcel of land is a common area surrounded by Bohns Point Road, a private road in that area. Mr. Crocker is not the owner of r�cord for this parcel of common ground on the County records. He is requesting that the assess- ments in the amount of $192 be refunded to him (through Title Insurance Company) . It is requested that the refund be approved. Council Meeting - February 25 , 1980 Hurr moved, Paurus seconded, to approve the refund in the amount of $192 to Jack Crocker, 1700 Bohns Point Road, per the above memo. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Dick Benson, City Administrator, announced that HOCKEY BOOSTER MEETING* the Hockey Boosters will hold a meeting in the Orono Council Chambers February 27 , 1980 at 7: 30 P.M. Paurus moved, Hurr seconded, to adopt Ordinance ORDINANCE NO. 229 No. 229 , An Ordinance Fixing The Date Of The City Election Change Regular City Election, Extending The Term Of Even Year The P4ayor And Councilmembers Where Necessary And Providing For The Year When The Mayor And Certain Councilmembers Are To Be Elected. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . The agenda item concerning a proposed wine PROPOSED ORDINANCE license ordinance was tabled until the meeting Wine License of March 10 , 1980 . Massengale moved, Hurr seconded, to approve a PUBLIC HEARING DATE public hearing concerning the Farview Plat Farview Plat Lake Access lake access matter to be held March 10, 1980 at 7: 00 P.M.
