Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . The following letter from the Metropolitan Waste MWCC - CAPITAL IMPROVE- Control Commission February 6 , 1980 , states : MENT PROGRAM "Your attention is called to proposed projects which are scheduled for consideration and inclusion in the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission' s Proposed Development Program (Captial Improvement Program) . The projects (listed in the attached Memorandum dated February 5, 1980) will be presented to the Commission' s Committee on Budget and Finance at 2 : 00 P.M, on February 12 , 1980 for discussion and recommendation and approval by the Commission at its regular meeting at 2 : 00 P.M. on February 19 , 1980. Should you desire any information regarding these projects as they may affect your community, please contact Mr. C. Ray Payne of the Commission.
