Outlot B not to be <br /> determined as a separate buildable parcel but <br /> eventually to be combined with contiguous lots <br /> or lot across the street from it. Motion, Ayes (4) - <br /> Nays (0) . <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Hurr seconded, to approve AGREEMENT <br /> the Rezoning Agreement For Property Known As The Stubbs Bay Marina Area <br /> Stubbs' Bay Marina Property, subject to amending <br /> paragraph #7 to clarify eventual residential dock <br /> use and ownership of Outlot B. Motion, Ayes (4) - <br /> Nays (0) . <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Paurus seconded, to approve CONSENT AGENDA* <br /> the Consent Agenda* , subject to removing items <br /> 6 and 14, with all staff data and supportive <br /> information to be included in the Minutes in the <br /> sequence they occur. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Mr. Lee Tomlinson, Park Commission Chairman, PARK COMMISSION COMMENT <br /> reviewed Orono School District' s Community Summer Recreational <br /> Education Programs commenting that a program is Program <br /> being formulated to create a position for a summer <br /> recreation coordinator who will establish a program <br /> for all the communities in the lake area. Orono <br /> should receive two,half days each week as their <br /> share of the program. <br /> Hurr moved, Paurus seconded, to conceptually <br /> approve Orono School District' s Community Education <br /> Program, subject to total program and costs being <br /> submitted and final Council approval. Motion, <br /> Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Mr. Lee Tomlinson also discussed Orono' s Bike BEDERWOOD PARK, SURVEY, <br /> Safety Program, the Park Commission' s City- BIKE SAFETY <br /> wide survey and the Army Engineer' s intent to <br /> provide a construction team for the Bederwood <br /> Park grading this spring. <br /> Mr. Tomlinson informed the City Council that for <br /> sometime he has been trying to get a commitment <br /> from the Army Corps of Engineers to construct a <br /> ball diamond at Bederwood Park.
