Approval of an agreement with James McCleary <br /> whereby he will apply for subdivision of the <br /> property including all necessary variances and <br /> wherein the City would authorize commercial <br /> dock use of the property during 1980 while <br /> the subdivision review is in process. <br /> A letter from Dr. & Mrs. Vincent H. Larson <br /> dated February 2 , 1980 , states: <br /> "We will not be able to attend the public hearing <br /> February 11, but we would like to express our <br /> support for the rezoning of the Stubbs Bay Marina <br /> property to single family residences. " <br /> End of letter <br /> A letter from Mr. Emory Smith, 3420 Bayside Road, <br /> dated February l, 1980 , states : <br /> "Mrs. Smith and myself would be heartily in favor <br /> of an action by the Village rezoning the marina <br /> property from B-2 to LR-lA Single Family Lakeshore <br /> for the construction of 3 single family residences. <br /> Please convey our feelings to the proper authorities <br /> in our absence. " <br /> End of letter <br /> A letter from Mr. & Mrs. James K. Fulkerson, <br /> 230 Tonka Avenue, dated February 6 , 1980 , states: <br /> "In reference to your letter regarding 'a public <br /> meeting on the Stubbs Bay property belonging to <br /> James McCleary. <br /> How can you even consider letting him build three <br /> houses on that property. One house would be great. <br /> It would clean up the awful mess that we have had <br /> to live with because you would not let him rebuild <br /> a public marina (which we would have preferred) . <br /> In the first place, he does not have six acres , <br /> which would be required for three houses according <br /> to Orono rules and regulations for new houses. <br /> Granted, it has already been plotted, but only for <br /> a marina - not houses. <br /> (Continued) <br />
