Adoption of the attached ordinance rezoning the property from B-2 to LR-lA. 2. Approval of an agreement with James McCleary whereby he will apply for subdivision of the property including all necessary variances and wherein the City would authorize commercial dock use of the property during 1980 while the subdivision review is in process. A letter from Dr. & Mrs. Vincent H. Larson dated February 2 , 1980 , states: "We will not be able to attend the public hearing February 11, but we would like to express our support for the rezoning of the Stubbs Bay Marina property to single family residences. " End of letter A letter from Mr. Emory Smith, 3420 Bayside Road, dated February l, 1980 , states : "Mrs. Smith and myself would be heartily in favor of an action by the Village rezoning the marina property from B-2 to LR-lA Single Family Lakeshore for the construction of 3 single family residences. Please convey our feelings to the proper authorities in our absence. " End of letter A letter from Mr. & Mrs. James K. Fulkerson, 230 Tonka Avenue, dated February 6 , 1980 , states: "In reference to your letter regarding 'a public meeting on the Stubbs Bay property belonging to James McCleary. How can you even consider letting him build three houses on that property. One house would be great. It would clean up the awful mess that we have had to live with because you would not let him rebuild a public marina (which we would have preferred) . In the first place, he does not have six acres , which would be required for three houses according to Orono rules and regulations for new houses. Granted, it has already been plotted, but only for a marina - not houses. (Continued)
