M. <br /> Friday - 2/1/80 - 1298 Vehicles <br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the City TR.AFFIC SIGNAL <br /> Council with the following information concerning #12 & Old Crystal Bay F <br /> the traffic signal for Highway #12 and the Old <br /> Crystal Bay Road dated February 8 , 1980 , which states : <br /> I recommend approval of the resolution designating <br /> layout approval of the proposed installation of <br /> the traffic signal at the Old Crystal Bay Road and <br /> Highway #12. <br /> The City will furnish necessary right-of-way and <br /> participate in the cost of the signal and con- <br /> struction on the Old Crystal Bay Road. <br /> The resolution approval at this time is preferred <br /> rather than to defer until after February 28 , 1980 <br /> public hearing. <br /> Spring construction in 1981 is being strongly <br /> encouraged. <br /> Council Meeting - February 11, 1980 <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Massgengale seconded, to RESOLUTION #1112 <br /> adopt Resolution #1112 , A Resolution For Layout Layout Approval <br /> Approval for the traffic signal at Highway #12 #12 & Old Crystal Bay F <br /> and the Old Crystal Bay Road. Motion, Ayes (4) - <br /> Nays (0) . <br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, submitted the FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> Feasibility Report for Sanitary Sewer Improve- Minnetonka Bluffs, Oron <br /> ments for Minnetonka Bluffs, Ferndale Road, Orono Lane, etc. Sewers <br /> Lane, and County Road 15 . <br /> Mayor Van Nest requested staff to set a date for <br /> a review with the affected property owners. <br />
