REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, FEBRUARY 11, 1980 Page 11 Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the RING ROUTE TRAFFIC COUN City Council with the following Ring Route Traffic Counts : 10 : 00 A. M. - Monday - 1/28/80 through 10 : 00 A. M. Tuesday- 1/29/80 - 1294 Vehicles 10 : 00 A. M. - Tuesday - 1/29/80 through 10 : 00 A. M. Wednesday - 1/30/80 - 1327 Vehicles 10 : 00 A. M. - Wednesday - 1/30/80 through 10 : 00 A. M. Thursday - 1/31/80 - 1297 Vehicles 10 : 00 A. M. - Thursday - 1/31/80 through 10 : 00 A. M. Friday - 2/1/80 - 1298 Vehicles Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the City TR.AFFIC SIGNAL Council with the following information concerning #12 & Old Crystal Bay F the traffic signal for Highway #12 and the Old Crystal Bay Road dated February 8 , 1980 , which states : I recommend approval of the resolution designating layout approval of the proposed installation of the traffic signal at the Old Crystal Bay Road and Highway #12. The City will furnish necessary right-of-way and participate in the cost of the signal and con- struction on the Old Crystal Bay Road. The resolution approval at this time is preferred rather than to defer until after February 28 , 1980 public hearing. Spring construction in 1981 is being strongly encouraged. Council Meeting - February 11, 1980 Mayor Van Nest moved, Massgengale seconded, to RESOLUTION #1112 adopt Resolution #1112 , A Resolution For Layout Layout Approval Approval for the traffic signal at Highway #12 #12 & Old Crystal Bay F and the Old Crystal Bay Road. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Dick Benson, City Administrator, submitted the FEASIBILITY REPORT Feasibility Report for Sanitary Sewer Improve- Minnetonka Bluffs, Oron ments for Minnetonka Bluffs, Ferndale Road, Orono Lane, etc. Sewers Lane, and County Road 15 . Mayor Van Nest requested staff to set a date for a review with the affected property owners.
