Minnetonka, MM 55343 <br /> Dear Dirk: <br /> I am attaching a copy of a letter from Bob Searles to Charlie �teaver <br /> for your review and information. <br /> The letter points out very clearly the inconsistency of the MUSA and <br /> MSSR lines within the City of Orono with the local planning policies of <br /> the City. This issue will be before the Metropolitan Council at the time <br /> the Orono Comprehensive Plan is reviewed and I will try to keep you in- <br /> formed, as best I can, in an attempt to solicit your support for the Orono <br /> philosophy. <br /> Our latest concern is focused around the recommendation in the 201 <br /> Facilities Plan which shows the most cost effective alternative for the <br /> Maple Plain Sewaae Treatment Plant is by connecting to the Metropolitan <br /> Waste Control System through an interceptor to be installed in �rono.
