We have <br /> consistently referred all c�uestions of interference <br /> to the FCC office and have asked them to investigate <br /> under their jurisdiction. <br /> If PSr. Petersen siqns a copv of our �ro�osed draft, <br /> or signs a reasonably similar agreerment, I recommend <br /> adontion at the January 15, 1980 rleeting. If no <br /> such signed agreerment is forth-corling, Council <br /> has the option of adopting our c�raft with a deadline <br /> for signature or reo�ening discussion to include <br /> all other options such as complete denial. <br /> Alan Olson memo dated Januarv 14 , 1980 states : <br /> The City has not received from Mr. Petersen a signed <br /> resolution and ac�reement as per the last Council <br /> meeting. �'he resolution draft has been copied and <br /> amended by Mr. Petersen as shown on the attached <br /> copies. <br /> Some changes appear to me to be minor, but I would <br /> be concerned about two alterations: <br /> l. He has omitted all reference to "one" antenna <br /> which is critical, especially in condition #1 <br /> on Page 3 <br /> 2. He has omitted com�liance with FCC regulations <br /> in condition #10 on Page 4 . <br /> 3. He has omitted penalties #9, Page 4 <br /> Council r�eeting - January 15, 1980 <br /> Bruce r4alkerson, City Attorney, inforrled the City <br /> Council that, r7r. Huc�h Jaeger, attorney for PZr. <br /> Petersen, was notified by me to appear at toniqht' s <br /> rneeting. <br /> P�Ir. Jaeger commented that P�r. Petersen would agree <br /> to D2r.
