Such requirements should <br /> provide for the receipt of a permit to <br /> install an on-site system prior to, or in <br /> conjunction with, the issuance of a <br /> building per:nit. Application and installa- <br /> tion requirements shoulc provide for the <br /> transmiss�on of adequate syste*n and site , <br /> information and a review procedure to <br /> ensure compliance with the ordinance. <br /> 2. 1 Ordinances shall require th�t applications <br /> contain a description of the site' s c�'-i.ar- <br /> acteristics , including a soils ar_d subsur- <br /> face evaluation based D0r1i1�5 , percolation <br /> tests , and a description of the proposed <br /> system. <br /> 2 .2 Subdivision (or other) ordinances should <br /> provide for the approvai of preliminary <br /> plats only following a deternination that <br /> the soils in the platt�d area generally <br /> suitable �or t_he installation or on-site <br /> syste�s consist�nt with the on-site syst�Tn <br /> ordinance requirements . <br />
