Larry Nelson <br /> of Northern States Power Company, and have received <br /> the �ollowing cost schedule: <br /> One 175 watt overhead @ $6. 30 per r_lonth. <br /> One 175 watt @ $6. 30 per month X2 = $12. 30 per month <br /> Y 12 = $147. 60 per year <br /> One 250 watt @ $7. 15 per month X2 - $14. 30 per month <br /> X 12 = $171. 60 per year <br /> Mr, idelson stated that the 175 watt is usuallv <br /> sufficient to light an intersection of the size <br /> and type at the north and south end of the ring <br /> route road. <br /> P�2r. P4otion, Aves (4) - <br /> Nays (0) . <br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the 201 SOUTHS�IEST PLANNING <br /> City Council with a memo concerning the 201 South- STUDY <br /> west Planning Study, dated December 7, 1979 , which <br /> states: <br /> In September, we reviewed the 201 Southwest Area <br /> Flow Planning Study and the Engineer drafted a <br /> letter to the PRetropolitan [4aste Control Commission <br /> commenting on Orono' s projected sewage flows and <br /> population growth. ��7e have not had a resnonse to <br /> this letter. ��Te should follow throuqh to deterr�ine <br /> their reaction to our comr,tents. <br /> ��e have received another summary re�ort of �re- <br /> liminar1� findings for the 201 Southwest Planning <br /> Study. The significant part of the study is the <br /> phasing out of the rianle Plain treatment �lant <br /> and conveying the rsaple Plain flow to Long Lake. (Continued) <br />
