The sewer repairs have not been started. The drainage ditch, although grading was �one, is not correctly sloped (it is more like 1: 3 than the rec�uired 3: 1) , the end is piled vaith dirt and debris, and no rock or sod has been placed. On Tuesday, November 27 , 1979 , I am going to recomr.iend that the City Council authorize staf_f to draw on your Contract Perforrmance Bond and to thereafter cor_►nlete the rec�uired work and repairs at your cost. As per the terms of the agreerment, the City �aill not accept nor rlaintain the street, nor issue an�� more building perr.lits until all of this ��ork is completed.
