Schaeffer' s <br /> home was on our list of rec�uired connections since <br /> no permit or record of hookup was in our �iles. Wiclmer <br /> Brothers obtained the permit and �aid the SAC charge <br /> on October 3, 1979. On October 5, 1979 , �7idmers <br /> started excavation and found that the sewer had <br /> been previously connected. Our dye test confirmed <br /> the hookup. Pleither P4rs. Schaeffer nor the City <br /> was aware that the connection had heen cor.lpleted <br /> at some prior time. (Continued) <br />
