Coffin Company; Alan P. Olson ' s <br /> memo to you of September 20 , 1979; and this letter. <br /> -� This letter is to state on behalf of the Holzers that they agree <br /> to seed or sod all the bare earth areas on their property and <br /> also agree to seed onto the Smerling property on the southerly <br /> side where dirt has been unintentionally put onto the Smerling <br /> property. <br /> � The Holzers have further agreed to install extra vegatation along <br /> the western embankment so as to further stablize the earth there <br /> against slippage.
