It was really for <br /> appraisal work done by Patchin for the 73-1 <br /> Sewer Construction. We have since received the <br /> statement fror_1 Patchin Appraisal in the amount <br /> of $4, 025, which is for the work done on <br /> Stubbs Bav Marina. <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, rsassengale seconded, to <br /> approve the payment to Patchin Appraisal in the <br /> ar.iount of $4 ,2 21 f or work done on 7 3-Z Sewer <br /> Construction. Piotion, Ayes (4) - �days (0) . <br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the SALAF2Y INCRFASE* <br /> salary increase for Tom Kuehn, Finance Director, Tom Kuehn <br /> to $1, 888 per month, effective October l, 1979. <br /> r�otion, Ayes (4) - P1ays (o) . <br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the SALAP.� IPdCREASE* <br /> salary increase of J. P4arc Fritzler, Police J. Piarc Fritzler <br /> Officer, to $1, 470 Per month, effective , <br /> October 1, 1979. *4otion, Ayes (�) - Nays (0) . <br /> , <br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the FIREAR�4S PERMIT <br /> City Council with a memo from Chief of Police tVoodhill Country Club <br /> Kilbo dated September 20, 1979 , which states: <br /> Woodhill Country Club has applied for an annual <br /> license for limited _f_ire arris use perr.iit. This <br /> is for a trap and shoot ranc�e. and has been an <br /> on-c�oing permit. <br /> The police departrment has received onlv one <br /> complaint in that tirle; this being received <br /> August 13, 1979 frorl Attorney Ross mhorfinnson, <br /> representing Pir. Psorrie Wagener, stating the_y <br /> wished to be heard �ahen the Woodhill perriit matter <br /> cor.les up again. ^hey have been advised that <br /> r.latter will be on the agenda Septemher 25, 1979. <br /> I ar,i recomriending aPproval from the safety stand <br /> point. Drawings and copies of aerial photos are <br /> attached to i9oodhills application and supnort <br /> a safe manner of discharging firearms. <br /> Tony Kallas, manager of ��Toodhill Country Club, will <br /> be at the Council meeting Septer_�ber 25, 1979 to <br /> present their side.
