You have <br /> corresponded with Mr. Finken regarding a 1993 CUP issue by the City for a guest <br /> apartment and have asked that Mr. Finken make application to amend the <br /> existing CUP so as to address the kitchen therein. <br /> It appears that since 1993, this City Zoning Code has been amended. Please <br /> confirm that the attached copies - printed from your website - of Section 78-326 <br /> Purpose, Section 78-327 Permitted Uses, and Section 78-328 Conditional Uses, <br /> are true and correct. <br /> It appears that under Section 78-327(4), Nonrental Guest Apartments (no <br /> exterior ingress and egress) are a permitted use in this zone. <br /> It would also appear that the Finken apartment meets that definition and does <br /> not require a Conditional Use Permit under Section 78-328(2)(b).
