The top and bottom elevations of retaining walls should be called out per the city survey standards. 2. Retaining walls over 4 feet must have a design signed by a licensed engineer. The design is included with the packet but it is not signed by a licensed engineer. 3. The driveway is depicted connecting to the existing"service road". I believe the service road is maintained by the property owner at 1140 Loma Linda as it has functioned as the driveway for that residence. The two properties should develop some kind of agreement on the maintenance and upkeep of that surface as they will now share it. 4. The drainage plan appears to direct surface and hard cover run off east toward the service road and then down the service road to the north. The plan should be altered to ensure runoff is prevented from crossing the eastern property line until it reaches the culvert in the northeast corner of the property.
