Proudfit' s signed staternent. � <br /> ^he Council' s direction frorl the Jul�� 24 , 1979 <br /> r.ieeting was that *ir. Proudfit sign the nrenared <br /> covenants for filing in the chain of_ title of_ the <br /> property. Because Mr. Proudfit is onlv a contract <br /> for deed holder, the fee owner ([�atschke) is also <br /> rec�uired to sic�n the covenants.
