PZotion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, informed the City �7ARIANCE <br /> Council that Samuel P4arfield, 2455 Scotch Pine ?.455 Scotch Pine LanE <br /> Lane, made application for a hardcover variance, #450 <br /> relocation of his driveway and a garac�e. Sar.luel *iarfield <br /> Planning Gorunission Pseeting - August 27 , 1979 <br /> Planning Commission recomr.mended approval of the <br /> variance application allowing the relocation of <br /> a driveway that is not to exceed a 5o variance <br /> increase in hardcover. The existing drive�vay is <br /> to be removed and replaced with grass. Planning <br /> Coru:�ission also recor.unends denial of_ the rec�uest <br /> to build a garac�e because no real hardship was <br /> demonstrated.
