It had been determined that to correct <br /> this an uneven line the length of construction had to be cut out and <br /> compacted properly. <br /> According to Ray this was attempted but in the process the blacktop <br /> mat on the side was being disturbed by way of separating from the <br /> concrete. Hennepin County then s�opped the construction until a <br /> method was developed to assure that would not happen again. <br /> Mr. Folland stated he was going to have a meeting with Herb Klossner <br /> today to try to resolve all the problems so that construction could <br /> begin on Monday August 13, 1979. <br /> � Mr. Folland stated that they ]�ew what had to be done on 15, Johnson <br /> Bros. �ew what had to be done on 15 and had started but were stopped <br /> because as they were diggin.g out to get to the voids the bituminous <br /> mat was being lifted off the concrete. <br /> Au�ta.st 10, 1979 <br /> Dave Feltl Hennepin County stated that on August 9th, meeting was held <br /> with Johnson Bros., Hennepin County Herb glossner, and Ray Folland M. <br /> W.C.C. . <br /> It was determined that construction would begin on the east side of <br /> Tanager Bridge on Monday August 13th and restoration on County 15 <br /> west of the bridge.
