Owners of these properties were sent <br /> notice that connection was required before the <br /> August l, 1979 deadline. <br /> A number of these homeowners are trying in good <br /> faith to complete the hookup and have run into <br /> financial or technical probler.ms. These situations <br /> will be handled by staff. I recommend that the <br /> remaining 10 or 12 be sent a letter from the City <br /> Attorney stating that legal action is pending and <br /> will be comrtenced if steps are not taken imr;lediately <br /> to complete connection.
