Bruce Douglas, <br /> were present to discuss the 1979 dock license for <br /> the North Shore Drive P�iarina. NL. Douc�las stated <br /> that a certified final survey for the docks will be <br /> presented to the City in one week. <br /> Acting 2dayor Piassengale stated that the license <br /> will be withheld until the survey is verified <br /> and weirs are inspected. <br /> Mr. Fierman Renner spoke regarding his letter of <br /> corlplaint concerning noise at the marina during <br /> nic�ht tir,ie hours. <br /> Mr. Renner' s letter and a letter from Iir. John T. <br /> Turner, Bloomington, P4innesota, also a complaint <br /> concerning the operations of the North Shore <br /> Drive Marina, were presented to P1r. Hork and <br /> i�Lr. Douglas. <br /> Mr. Douglas stated that he could not speak about <br /> the letters until he had had tir.ie to review them. <br /> iir. Douglas also stated that he and P2r. Hork were <br /> willing to work with Mr. Renner to resolve the <br /> issues contained in PZr. Renner' s letter. <br /> i�Ir. Turner was not present to discuss his letter <br /> of cor.lplaint but P�Ir.
