Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the VARIANCE
record the variance request of Enervest Builders/ 32Q Tonkawa Road &
Donald Doty, 320 Tonkawa Road/325 Westlake Street, 325 Westlake Street
dated February 27, 1979, which states : 460
Enervest Builders &
The application is for a variance to Ordinance No. 219, Donald Doty
the Stubbs Bay 1loratorium, to pernit action on a
subdivision (lot line rearranger.tent) application.
Enervest owns Lots 4 & 5, Doty owns Lot 6. The
proposal is to trade land to permit construction
on Enervest' s now vacant property. 'he land trade
will not appreciably effect the total propertv
areas of either owner' s property. The existing lot
arrangertent severely restricts construction and
all but nrecludes an on-site septic system on
Enervest' s proerty because of the severe topography.
The land trade atter.lpts to alleviae these problems.
ven after such a subdivision, construction on the
Enervest property would require variances to lot
area, lot widtfi, and septic system standards .
(Continued)
