Developers enter into a conservation and flowage <br /> easer.lent with the City. <br /> 2 . Joint dock to remain serving all three lots because <br /> of wetlands along lakeshore. <br /> 3. Duple:c on Lot 3 will require a front yard setback <br /> variance of 29 ' . <br /> Public Information I�eeting - April 9, 1979 <br /> Planning Commission recorunended preliminary plat <br /> approval as proposed subject to the following <br /> conditions : <br /> 1.- Docks to remain as a licensed joint use dock, one <br /> slip per unit, total six, with Outlot A platted <br /> to provide the comrion access. This avoids con- <br /> struction of docks across the wetlands. <br /> 2 . Platting of drainage easement over wetlands on <br /> proposed Lots 1 & 2 with flowage and conservation <br /> easer.�ent to the City. <br /> 3. Duplex on Lot 3 to continue as a recognized legal <br /> non-conforming use because it is located beyond <br /> 200 ' from the commercial area.
