Glenn Cook, City �ngineer, explained the RING ROUTE <br /> plans for the ring route project pointing out the Project 79-1 <br /> locations of the 12 ' turn lanes and where entry <br /> taper lanes will be. He also stated that additional <br /> right•of-ways �vill be needed, ihe County will pay <br /> for all work on the County Roads and 50� of the <br /> right-of-way acc�uisition which �aill be in an agree- <br /> nent being prepared by the County before approval <br /> of the award. <br /> (Continued) <br />
