Olson will complete his study as soon as <br /> possible. <br /> Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the 1979 DOCI: LICENSFS <br /> record information concerning the 1979 joint use <br /> and cor.lmercial dock licenses dated A��ril 6 , 1979, <br /> which states: <br /> A. I'oxhill Homeowners Association - Council FOXHILL ASSOCIATION <br /> conceptually approved 1979 licenses for 13 LICENSE <br /> slips and reaffirr.led the 1974 action to permit <br /> a total of up to 16 slips not to exceed one <br /> � slip per occupied residence in the Foxhill <br /> subdivision. The lakeshore dec}: is to be <br /> removed but winter storage of dock section on <br /> the shoreline is to be perr.litted. <br /> Butler moved, P4ayor Van Nest seconded, to approve <br /> the granting of the same number of docks as the <br /> nur�lber of residences according to Exhibit C. <br /> Discussion �follo�ved. 'tr. Louis B. Oberhauser, <br /> attorney for the Foxhill Association,stated that <br /> he had not had time to review the proposed resolutions <br /> and would like this item tabled. <br /> Butler moved, r4ayor Van Nest seconded, to table the <br /> Foxhill Hor:leowners association' � 1979 j�int <?ock use <br /> license.
