Henne�in County #15. S�ring Park is rec�uesting our support <br /> to install a sidewalk to the Sprinc� Park lake access. It <br /> is our understanding that pursuant to your recommendation <br /> last fall, the Fiennepin County r:iaintenance area is used for <br /> overflow par}:ing for cars that were causing a traffic congestion <br /> problem in Spring Park. - <br /> Our Public ��orks Coordinator has attempted to cali you several <br /> times to clarify concerns we might have; these are: � <br /> l. Nur,lber of cars and pedestrian traffic to use this area? <br /> 2. What agency will provide traffic control? <br /> 3. ��7Yiat agency will install sidewalk? � <br /> 4.
