The I4etropolitan ��aste Control Corunission will be constructing a sanitary sewer force r.lain along the following county and city roads starting approxir.latelv PZarch 15th. (See attached riap) �i�he construction will start at the Tanager Lake Bridge and go � east to Ydayzata on Shoreline Drive (Co. Road 15) and southwest fron the Tanager Lake Bridge on Shareline Drive (Co. Ttoad 15) to Plorth Shore Drive (Co. Road 51) then �•�est on North Shore Drive to Old Crystal Bay Road (Co. Road 84) then north to the Orono ' Sewer Plant. . . This force main is being constructe� to eventually elir_iinate the Orono sewage treatr.ient plant. The second phase of the construction will be to construct a sanitary sewer force r.iain on Oronq Orchard Road from Shoreline .Drive north to the Long Lake sewage treatment plant. - _ That force nain is being constructed to eventually eliminate the Long Lake sewage treatment plant. - The third phase oi construction will be the rer*►oval and re- placerient of the Tanager Lake Bric3ge. This project is being done by Hennepin County Public j•7orks. It is inportant that you know that the sewer force main is being placed in order to eliminate the Orono and Long Lake � sewer plants only, you will not be assessed for the project and you will not be able to hooY. up to the sewer force main. During the construction, the contractor for the sewer force main will keep roads oPen for local traffic only. Al1 through traffic will be detoured because of the Tanager Aridge being replaced. . �
