Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the RELEASE TAX FORFEIT record the follo��ing requests for release of LAr1DS . tax forfeit property, dated P'larch 5, 1979 , which states : We have received two new requests for release of tax forfeit property. All lots were revie4�ed by the City in 1977. A. Donna Kabanuk, 2140 �enwood Lday, nwns Lot 2 , I31ock l, (17-117-23 41 0002) and Parcel to rear (17-11�7-23 41 0031) . �aishes to acquire tax Lot l, Block 1 (17-117-23 41 0001) for coribination into one building site. Combined lot area would be close to (if not greater than) 80% of the 1/2 acre zoning requirement. Lot 1 was assessed for one unit water nlus footage. B. Iiarvey Reder, 3585 Crystal Place,o��ns a horte on Lots 13 & 14 at 3598 Livingston Avenue. Iie also says he owns Lot 10 on Crvstal Place although the 1979 tax book lists Lot 10 as � tax forfeit also. Wishes to acquire tax Lots 8 & 9 , Block 3 for combination with Lot 10 into one building site. Lots 8, 9 & 10 cor-ibined equal 1/2 acre. Lots 8 & 9 (cor,ibined) were assessed for one water unit and one sewer plant charge. Lot 10 also had one water unit and one sewer Plant charge. I recor.unend adoption of the attached resolutions to perriit Hennepin County to release the lot� for sale at this time.
