The �lat (Continued) _ appears to be a replat of something called Har.zpton nills. The rninutes of this review as attached indicate discussion regarding the lakeshore issue. The association bylaws are quite vague regarding intended use of t:ie shoreline. I recommend review of the material, discussion and a conce�tual decision if possible. Final action should await preparation of a resolution. Council should act by motion to approve or . deny the requested boat sales. If the decision is to approve, a resolution should be drafted to ar.lend the license already issued. Alan Olson stated that the Pdorth Shore Union 76 station withdrew their request for boat sales. L�indward r4arine - The Marina Committee recor.unends WINDjaARD r1ARINE tabling of the application pending a revision in the application and receipt of new plans. A reduction of the plan received at the 2iarina Corunittee meeting has . . been attached. It shows the existing zoning boundary. Also attached are riinutes frorl the Psay 13, 1963 meeting referring to this property. I recommend that the Council and applicant work toward an early d�cision to allow approval and/or denial of all or part of the application before the middle of April. Council Meeting - P'larch 13, 1979 P4r. & Mrs.. James Rivers were present..to discuss their application. Discussion concerned the location of the zoning districts,B-2 and residential. It was determined that a survey would be necessary.. to locate the boundary line between the two zoning districts. This application was tabled until further inforr.iation is obtained.
