The Planning <br /> Comriission sketch plan review was on Decer:lber 11, 1978 <br /> and resulted in the developer planning to scale back <br /> his request. ^his has not been resubmitted to date. <br /> Because of the intensive review last year, and the <br /> general lack of cor.zplaints following coripletion of <br /> the fence, I see little reason to belabor review _ <br /> this year. I would recor.unend early aoproval of the <br /> license subject to most of the same conditions <br /> included in Resolution #�898 (and also Resolution #790 _ <br /> frorn 1977) . There are 16 lots; 14 occupied and tcvo vacant <br /> under common ownership resulting in a r.laximun of 15 <br /> building sites per the existing zoning. The lakeshore <br /> width is 294' (1. 47 X zoning required �aidth) yielding � <br /> four to six boats if platted today.
