Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the record NAVARRE DRIVE-In the license application request for the Navarre Drive- THEATRE LICENSE In Theatre for 1979 , dated January 18, 1979 , which states: Staff has received the 1979 application; also include.d for your review is the memo and plan subriitted for possible development of the property. The Planning Comriission sketch plan review was on Decer:lber 11, 1978 and resulted in the developer planning to scale back his request. ^his has not been resubmitted to date. Because of the intensive review last year, and the general lack of cor.zplaints following coripletion of the fence, I see little reason to belabor review _ this year. I would recor.unend early aoproval of the license subject to most of the same conditions included in Resolution #�898 (and also Resolution #790 _ frorn 1977) . This could be prepared for the next rneeting. Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the record 1979 MARINA LICENSi the following report concerning 1979 riarina licenses dated P4arch 12 , 1979, which states: - Foxhill Homeowner' s Association - The association has FOXHILL HOT7E0[�1NERS been reviewing City, County and their own files regarding the issue of lakeshore and dockage authority and are expected to provide copies of inforr.tation for your review. Facts to keep in mind: The plat was approved Piarch 22 , 1965. There are 16 lots; 14 occupied and tcvo vacant under common ownership resulting in a r.laximun of 15 building sites per the existing zoning. The lakeshore width is 294' (1. 47 X zoning required �aidth) yielding � four to six boats if platted today. The current LP4CD density of one boat per 50 ft. of shoreline equals 5 . 88 or six boats in a r.lultiple structure not existing before August 30, 1978. Previous LP�CD licenses have been - for 16 slips. Previous City licenses have been as . follows: 1974, 8 slips; i975 & 1976, 10 slips; 1977 & . 1978, 11 slips. � (Continued)
