Approval of eic�ht lot division per January 29 , 1979 survey (seven new lots) each exceeding one acre r:iiniraum zoning requirements; all lots to be serviced by City sewer including required connection of the existing house on Lot l, Block 1 prior to final plat approval. 2 . Approval of front setback variance for existing house on Lot l, Block l. 3. Conceptual a�proval of new private road and new sewer extension. Note that Outlot B is platted to provide a future connection to property north and west of this parcel to be consistent with the existing platted "F3ighview Lane" . The above approvals should be conditioned upon: 1. Applicant' s preparation of drainage plans for review and approval of the City Engineer. �� 2.
