Flowage Easement ' • <br /> Orono's history of wetlands conservation dates to 1971 <br /> and earlier. The City' s use of the "Flowage and <br /> Conservation" easement has been consistent since at <br /> least October, 1977. All subdivisions containing � <br /> wetlands approved since that date have included such . <br /> an easement requirement. These ir�clude apPlication <br /> nur.tbers 200, 258 , 261, 266, 285, 306, 317, 323, 344, <br /> 346, 356 , 363, 367, 372, 380 and prelirtinary plats <br /> 348, 354, 360, 399, 408 , 312, and 432.
