Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the VARIANCE <br /> record the following riemo concerning the variance 1388 Park Drive <br /> request of Paul Clabo, 1388 Park Drive, dated #428 <br /> January 25, 1979, which states : Paul Clabo <br /> On December 18 , 1979, the Council voted to deny <br /> this application. On January 9 , 1979 , the applicant <br /> requested reconsideration which action has been <br /> tabled until the February 13, 1979 rieeting. <br /> I have provided two resolutions for your consideration. <br /> One resolution for denial; .one resolution for approval. <br /> It is my recor.uaendation that the application be <br /> approved as noted in the resolution. <br /> Council P4eeting - February 13, 1979 <br /> T�ayor Van Nest coruaented that 2sr. Clabo has requested <br /> that this matter be tabled until he can be in <br /> attendance. • <br /> Several neighbors were in attendance to request <br /> Council opinion on the application. Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the STUBBS BAY A:�EA LETTEI: <br /> record the following letter concerninc� the public <br /> hearing for the Stubbs Bay area thatwill be nailed <br /> to residents in the area of the marina: <br /> "On January 23, 1979, the Orono City Council adopted <br /> Ordinance No. 219 establishing a moratorium on <br /> development in the Stubbs Bay Area, defined as all <br /> the land within the north half of Section 5, T 117, � <br /> R 23 located south of the Luce Line Trail. The <br /> attached map shows the affected area. The moratorium <br /> will last until July 31, 1979. <br /> (Continued) <br />
