Therefore, it is staff recommendation to designate $54 , 500 to be added to the P4innesota Housing Finance Agency grant fund to be administered by Hennepin County. I have discussed this with Hennepin County staff and it is projected that if the City of Orono designated this amount, thirteen Orono residents will benefit. It was suggested by H�nnepin County staff that the � City publicize the grant program in the local paper, posters, and flyers enclosed in utility bills. Another requirer.lent of the Year V application is that we must develop and present a three-year program. I have discussed this with other communities that are receiving approximately the same amounts as Orono and because F�.U.D. is tightening regulations, , several comr•.iunities are pooling their funds for � one housing project. The low bidder is Freeway Ford in the amount of $6, 641. We have budgeted in 1979 for monies to purchase this truck for the Utility Department.
